U.S. Shipping Policy Update

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. Government has removed the de minimis exemption for imports. This means:

  • All U.S. orders, regardless of value, will now be subject to duties.
    • Duties are not collected or paid by THE MIND CLUB. They are the customer’s responsibility . THE MIND CLUB cannot refund any costs paid to duties as we do not collect those fees.
    • They are calculated at checkout.
